Several different legends of the origin of winemaking
In ancient times, the origin of winemaking was often attributed to the invention of someone, and these people were described as the ancestors of winemaking. Because of the great influence, they became orthodox views.
For these views, the Song Dynasty “Liquor Spectrum” has raised doubts, saying that “it is not enough to test the evidence, but more than enough to say.”
Although this is not enough to test the evidence, as a phenomenon of cultural identity, it may be listed below.
There are mainly the following legends.
1, Yi Di brewing wine According to Xia Wei period, Yi Di invented the wine.
The second century BC history book “Lu’s Spring and Autumn” cloud: “Yi Di made wine.”
The “Warring States Policy” edited by Liu Xiang in the Han Dynasty further explained: “In the past, the emperor made the instrument a wine and beauty, and entered it, sipping it and sipping it, 曰: ‘The future will have a country of drinking.
‘遂疏仪Di and the purpose of wine: (禹乃夏朝帝王).
2, Du Kang brewing another legend that brewing began in Dukang (also in the Xia Dynasty).
In the Eastern Han Dynasty’s “Said Wen Jie Zi”, the interpretation of the word “wine” is: “Dukang is used for alcohol.”
“The World” also has the same argument.
3, another legend of winemaking began in the Yellow Emperor period, it shows that people began to brew in the Yellow Emperor.
In the book of the Yellow Emperor’s “The Yellow Emperor’s Internal Classics”, the Yellow Emperor and Qibo discussed the scene of wine making. The “Yellow Emperor’s Canon” also mentioned an ancient wine-salmon, which is a sweet wine made from animal milk.
The Yellow Emperor was the common ancestor of the Chinese nation, and many inventions and creations appeared in the Yellow Emperor period.
The book “The Yellow Emperor’s Internal Classic” is actually the work of the descendants of the Yellow Emperor, and its credibility is yet to be verified.
4, wine and heaven and earth at the same time more mythologically said that “there are wine stars, wine works, and it is with the world.”
These legends are even different, roughly indicating that winemaking existed before the Xia Dynasty or the Xia Dynasty, which is credible, and this has been confirmed by archaeologists.
The Xia Dynasty has been around for four years, and has been unearthed for five years.
This finding shows that the winemaking of developing countries has started at least five years ago, and the origin of winemaking is certainly before this.
In ancient times, people may first come into contact with certain naturally fermented wines and then incorporate them into imitation.
This process can take a long period of time.
